These terms cover your use of scoluo.com. By using the site you agree to them. The site is run by SCOLUO LLC, Scott Luong's company, in Los Angeles, California. How your details are handled is in the privacy policy.

The films, stills and frames here are shown as a portfolio of past work. Each belongs to SCOLUO LLC, to Scott Luong or to the client or agency it was made for. Showing a piece here does not pass any rights in it to you.

You may watch the work, link to any page and share those links.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • download, copy, re-upload or edit the films, stills or frames
  • use the work, the SCOLUO name or the SCOLUO mark in your own ads, pitches or reels
  • suggest that SCOLUO or any client shown here endorses you
  • send spam or automated messages through the contact form, or try to break, overload or scrape the site

Client and agency names, brands and logos belong to their owners. They are named to show who the work was made for or with, and naming them does not mean they endorse this site.

Nothing on the site is an offer or a price, and sending a message does not book a job. A job starts only once a written quote or contract is agreed, and that agreement sets its terms, including payment, cancellation and who owns the finished work. Where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

Links to Instagram and other sites are there for convenience. SCOLUO does not run those sites and is not responsible for them.

The site is offered as it is and as available. Care goes into keeping it accurate and working, but there is no promise that it always will be.

As far as the law allows, SCOLUO LLC and Scott Luong are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from not being able to use it or from relying on anything on it. Nothing here limits a right the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of California and of the United States. Any dispute about the site goes to the courts in Los Angeles County, California.

These terms may change. The new version goes on this page with the new date at the top, and using the site after that means you accept it.
