Refund policy

The site sells nothing and takes no payments. Work is booked by quote, and each quote or contract sets its own payment and refund terms.

How a job is booked

Every job is quoted in writing before it starts. The quote or contract for that job sets the deposit, the payment dates, what happens if a date moves or the job is cancelled, and when any money is refunded. Read it before you agree to it, and ask about anything that is unclear.

Moving or cancelling a job

If you need to move or cancel a job, or you are unhappy with the work, email booking@scoluo.com as soon as you can. Anything the agreement says is owed back will be refunded.
